Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Customer Support team. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
- Follow call guidelines and ensure high-quality interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Freshers with strong English communication skills &
Tenured candidates from any domain with proven high communication skills
Communication: Excellent verbal & written English
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in Customer Support
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a week preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.
