Overview:

A global USA-based consumer goods company is seeking an AI Leader to drive innovation and digital transformation across supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and accounting functions. This leadership role requires a strategic, hands-on AI professional with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will design and execute end-to-end AI initiatives that improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, customer insights, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI Strategy: Define and implement the company's AI roadmap across supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and accounting operations.
  • Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive, high-impact processes across business functions to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and deploy AI-driven models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics planning, and vendor performance analysis.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Intelligence: Build intelligent tools for warehouse efficiency, route optimization, and cost/performance reporting.

  • Sales & Marketing Automation:

  • Design predictive models for lead scoring, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation.

  • Develop AI tools for personalized marketing campaigns, ad performance optimization, and customer sentiment analysis.

  • Enable smarter supplier and customer engagement decisions using AI insights.

  • Accounting & Financial Automation:

  • Implement AI solutions for expense forecasting, invoice processing, and financial anomaly detection.

  • Build dashboards and models to support automated financial reporting and ROI analysis.

  • Systems Integration: Integrate AI solutions with ERP, WMS, CRM, and accounting systems to ensure seamless data flow and actionable insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, procurement, finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business goals.
  • Reporting & Communication: Present AI concepts, results, and ROI to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous Innovation: Monitor, refine, and scale AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and business relevance. Stay current with AI/ML advancements in consumer goods, retail, and enterprise automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment (preferably in supply chain, sales, or retail).
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based AI deployment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver business-focused, high-impact AI solutions.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Generative AI and LLMs for analytics, reporting, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI projects with measurable ROI and business outcomes.
