Role Overview

The Central Recruitment Lead will spearhead end-to-end recruitment for the banks panIndia hiring needs. You'll build & execute scalable talent acquisition strategies, partner with business stakeholders,

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning

- Design annual hiring plan aligned with business growth & budget.

- Create & maintain recruitment SOPs, timelines, and SLA dashboards.

- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives, headhunting, and niche platforms.

- Conduct prescreening, skilltests, and initial interviews; coordinate functional & panel interviews.

- Manage bulk hiring cycles (campus, lateral, contractual).

- Stakeholder Management

- Act as single point of contact for business heads & HRBP.

- Present recruitment metrics & insights during CXO/Board reviews.

- Team Leadership

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters (size 5–8).

- Drive productivity metrics (timetofill, offer ratio, retention, diversity).

- Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to banking regulations (RBI, FATCA, KYC, AML), labor laws, and internal policies.

- Maintain documentation for internal & external audits.

- Technology & Process Improvement

- Leverage ATS, HRMS, AIbased sourcing tools, and data analytics.

- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency & candidate experience.

- Employer Branding

- Contribute to the bank's brand image through career fairs, campus events, and social media.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory framework, and talent landscape.

- Proven experience managing centralized recruitment for a BFSI organization.

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment & volume hiring.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.

- Datadriven decision making & ability to handle highpressure deadlines.

- Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Taleo, Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office (Power BI / Excel).

- Ability to travel (up to 30 %) for campus drives, job fairs, and branch visits.

Qualifications

- MBA (HR) or equivalent; PGDM / MMS preferred.

- Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or similar certification adds advantage.

- 7–10 years total recruitment experience with 5–7 years in a centralized recruitment role in banking/finance.
