We are looking for a skilled Gym Trainer cum Lifeguard with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and recreation, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide personalized training sessions to clients, focusing on their fitness goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective workout plans to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct group classes, such as yoga or Pilates, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in fitness and recreation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in gym training, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles, including nutrition and exercise science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with first aid and emergency response procedures is an asset.
  • A relevant certification or qualification in fitness training or lifeguarding is preferred.
