Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including gyms, sports academies, trainers, and fitness clubs.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, LinkedIn, social media outreach, and fitness community networking.
  • Research local fitness centers, sports events, and health communities to build a potential client list.
  • Maintain an active follow-up system to convert leads into clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Present Physicare's services (physiotherapy, recovery sessions, injury management, and performance programs) to clients effectively.
  • Understand client pain points such as recurring injuries, performance issues, or lack of recovery support and suggest tailored physiotherapy plans.
  • Build strong relationships with gym owners, coaches, and sports influencers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct online/offline meetings to convert prospects into clients.

Sales Strategy & Conversion

  • Develop sales strategies to meet monthly targets for client onboarding and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Physicare marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and promotions.
  • Negotiate service plans, finalize proposals, and close deals with professionalism.
  • Create customized business presentations or decks for partnerships and collaborations.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated with local sports events, new gyms, and athlete communities.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest innovative ways to position Physicare as the go-to recovery partner.
  • Share performance insights and feedback with the management team to improve service offerings.

Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide clear briefs to the team after closing deals for seamless execution.
  • Contribute to internal discussions to enhance sales and client satisfaction.

Target Achievement & Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client conversions and revenue.
  • Help expand Physicare's presence across gyms, sports clubs, and regional fitness networks.
  • Represent Physicare at fitness expos, sports events, and community sessions to promote brand awareness.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of sports, fitness, and physiotherapy industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about helping people move and perform better.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital outreach tools.
