We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who can be the voice of Cityvibes when it comes to handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service across all touchpoints — be it offline or online. Your empathy, communication skills, and proactive approach will help shape the customer experience for one of India's most loved men's ethnic wear brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media queries with professionalism and warmth
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records accurately with all interactions and resolutions
  • Coordinate with store teams and backend departments for faster issue resolution
  • Follow up on pending cases until full closure
  • Collect feedback and identify recurring issues to improve processes
  • Build positive relationships with customers to create long-term loyalty
  • Assist in appointment booking, product inquiries, order status, and after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Verbal & Written)
  • Polite, patient, and solution-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and handling customer databases
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
