Profile Summary:

Responsible for supporting end-to-end project execution, coordination with centers and departments, documentation, reporting, and assisting the project team to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with centers and project teams for daily project execution.
  • Prepare weekly reports, status updates, and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, track issues, and support in resolving them.
  • Maintain MIS and manage project-related data.
  • Assist in inspections, assessments, and center visits when required.
  • Support branding, marketing materials, and implementation of biometric systems.
  • Liaise with centers, district-level departments, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up with centers for timely submissions and project implementation.
  • Represent the company professionally (with management approval).
  • Ensure compliance with all project guidelines and administrative processes.

Skills Required

  • Strong coordination & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good documentation & reporting skills
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, rural development, or related field.
