Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a link between clients, developers, QA, and management to ensure clear communication and task alignment.
  • Use JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Asana, or similar tools to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor timelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, demos, and project reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports, project documentation, and follow-up trackers.
  • Assist project managers in planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor team performance, identify blockers, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Support in employee engagement activities to boost team motivation and collaboration.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skill Set:Technical Skills:

  • Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
  • Basic understanding of technical documentation and project workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with leadership potential and client-centric mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Experience using JIRA and Microsoft Teams is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
