**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Work closely with development teams, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Manage project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates.

Proactively identify risks and issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and project goals.

Communicate project status clearly and effectively to clients and management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination/management.

Strong knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or related field (preferred).
