About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. This role will focus on ensuring smooth customer experience through timely support, order confirmation, cart recovery, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support queries across email, chat, and phone with empathy and efficiency.
  • Proactively call customers for order confirmation to reduce returns and cancellations.
  • Track and recover abandoned carts through timely follow-ups, reminders, and communication.
  • Manage NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by coordinating with logistics partners and customers to ensure redelivery.
  • Work with operations and support teams to provide quick resolutions for complaints, refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
  • Share insights on recurring issues and assist in improving customer experience processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in ecommerce operations, customer service, or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving approach.
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
