Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new cinema construction, refurbishment, and expansion projects across India.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare project feasibility reports, budgets, and timelines, and monitor adherence.
  • Oversee site selection, layout planning, and compliance with cinema industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, contractor agreements, and procurement of materials.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth handover of completed projects.
  • Track project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the project management team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Masters degree in Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale construction or fit-out projects.
  • Experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry projects preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Travelling Pan India is Required.
