Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Consultant based in Bengaluru East. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Aquera platform for clients, providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and ensuring successful integration with various HR, ITSM, identity directories, and business applications. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting issues, developing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HR applications, IT Service Management, and identity directories
  • Technical support, troubleshooting skills, and client management
  • Proficiency in software implementation, configuration, and integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in cloud platforms like AWS and knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 standards are advantageous
