WMS - Vuram is hiring for Service Now Lead Developer Lead Technical Consultant · Service Now Developer Experience Required: 7 to 13 Years Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid options available)WNS Vuram is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Developer to join our team as a Lead Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple Service Now modules and a strong understanding of enterprise IT workflows. This role involves leading technical implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable Service Now solutions. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Service Now solutions across various modules. - Customize and configure Service Now applications including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CRM, S2 P, FSO, and GRC/IRM. - Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and external systems. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and security. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now implementations. 7 to 13 years of experience in Service Now development and implementation. - Strong hands-on experience in modules such as: - ITSM (IT Service Management)- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)- ITAM (IT Asset Management)- ITOM (IT Operations Management)- FSO (Field Service Operations)- GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)Proficiency in scripting (Java Script), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. - Experience with Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory. - Ability to lead technical discussions and drive project delivery.
