Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Epicor Technical Consultant, located in Bengaluru South. The Epicor Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Epicor ERP solutions, providing technical support, developing custom reports, integrating various systems, and optimizing performance. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing technical documentation, conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Epicor ERP Implementation and Configuration
  • Knowledge of system integration techniques and custom report development
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to create Technical Documentation and Conduct System Testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in other ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) is a plus
