About The Role
As a Creative Visualizer in the making you'll be empowered to take on Design projects and manage stakeholders taking end to end responsibility. You will proactively collaborate with the design, product & brand team and create assets, set guidelines, and bring to life visual content that seamlessly integrates with MPL offerings.
We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio who demonstrates a clear understanding of Visual Design & 3D Design and is ready to learn and hit the ball out of the stadium. Strong attention to detail is a must along with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to commercialization.
Responsibilities
- You need to ensure adherence to brand guidelines that reinforce MPL's brand's promise through its visual touch points across creatives set for CRM/Brand.
- Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG.
- Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
- Take end to end ownership of assigned projects.
- Have a keen eye for detail and perform team and
individual QC. - Collaborate with Design teams to develop and improve design components, patterns, templates, guidelines and tools.
- Specialist in
Graphic Design.
Expert in
Figma,
Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Stager & AI Generation
. Should also have
knowledge of 3D design in making rich logos, static assets and 3D Text units.
- Good understanding of After effects, blender and Premier pro is a huge plus.
- Design using new Creative AI Tools and can churn creatives and designs at scale with these tools
- Work with Agencies by briefing them, giving feedback and getting the requirements out.
- Be proactive and come up with creative ideas in your field and always be on the edge and aim to best yourself at every step.
- Ensure consistency, a high degree of UI craft, and leverage animation and motion design in products.
What you will need
- 4+ years of strong and relevant experience as a Visual Designer.
- Resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in Art, Graphic Design & AI Generation.
- Ability to think creatively and to pay attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns and Design System.
- Deep understanding of UX and psychology, design patterns and research methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers.
