Job Title: Creative Associate

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Associate to join our team. This role offers a blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities ensuring visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work illustrations, merchandise, branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create product mockups prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  • Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use social media, presentations, sales kits.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on latest design tools practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design NIFT graduates preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Access to necessary design software and tools.
