We're Hiring
: Associate Creative Director (5–7 yrs) | Fashion, Lifestyle & AI-driven Content | Bangalore.

At Shuttercraft Studios, we craft high-impact visual content for some of India's leading fashion and lifestyle brands, from
premium catalogue shoots, campaign photoshoots, films, AI-driven visuals/videos, lookbooks, motion graphics, to trend-first digital content.

Our clients include Van Heusen, Amazon, Tanishq, Arvind, R&B, US Polo, Linen Club, among others. We work across a wide spectrum of categories and occasions, covering men's and women's formalwear, casualwear, ethnicwear, footwear, kidswear, jewellery, accessories, FMCG, and food.

We are a team of 10 today, lean, ambitious, and human with big aspirations. We combine premium production quality with the agility of a startup. What sets us apart is our deep empathy for brands and their challenges: we don't just deliver content, we create solutions that help brands elevate their game.

The Role: Associate Creative Director

We're looking for a
future-oriented creative leader
who can take a client brief, understand the brand and their pain points and transform it into
creative and execution strategies
across shoots and AI projects.

This role is about
ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving
. You'll work across formats: from
fashion campaign shoots to AI-powered visuals
, from
catalogues to social media creatives
, from
films to post-production workflows
.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of creative experience
    in fashion, lifestyle, or content production
  • Strong ability to
    understand client goals and work backwards
  • Skilled in
    photoshoots, video shoots, concept development
    , and integrating
    AI tools
    to drive efficiency & speed
  • Leadership qualities — proactive, solution-driven, team player
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
