We're looking for:

  • A skilled Associate Creative Director based in Bangalore (or ready to move).
  • Has a good understanding of the end-to-end branding and visual Identity processes and knows the exact amount of time and effort needed in each step.
  • Has a good understanding of graphic design principles and typography.
  • Has experience in leading a team of designers and guiding the design process.
  • Capable of designing and guiding and an expert in all creative cloud apps.
  • If you're good at photography and video shoots, it's a bonus on your salary.

Your role:

  • Develop a visual language from scratch for branding projects. This includes forming a questionnaire to execute each aspect of the brand with the team, up to creating the brand guidelines.
  • Set up a brand language and design its collateral.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns.
  • Deliver a great experience for the customer journey, thinking of design across all mediums—how the brand would look and feel in-store, on the website, and in the ads. Each element should be well thought out.
  • Introduce new experiences or ideas for brands and establish a high recall value for them.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/resources and manage the execution of design projects.
  • Monitor and direct photography projects.
  • Bring new ideas to the table and avoid copying content from other sources.
  • Lead a team and coordinate with them to execute ideas discussed with the Creative Director or your senior.
  • Assign tasks to your team daily using the "ClickUp App" and ensure they stay on track with timelines.
  • Maintain the quality of work by implementing the right systems.
  • Coordinate with an account manager who communicates with the client to arrange brief calls; take briefs directly or assign them to your team to maintain quality.
  • Present ideas, plans, and outputs directly to the client to ensure the right message is conveyed.
  • Visit the client's location when needed to plan the execution of designs in case of physical space design.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends.
  • Follow platforms such as , Behance, and Creative Bloq. Sourcing custom and quality design references for the client should be effortless.
  • Review designers under your supervision and take necessary actions to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Inform HR if any team member is not completing tasks, so they can review or request a replacement.
