Position: Telecaller

Shift Timing: UK Hours | 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Experience Required: 1 – 2 years of Experience / Freshers can also apply.

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

The firm is looking for skilled Non-Voice Process Executives to join our expanding international BPO operations in Vadodara. If you have excellent written communication skills and experience handling back-end/non-voice processes in the UK time zone, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle UK client interactions via. Avatar based Call (Non-Voice)

· Accurately process information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner

· Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with client requirements

· Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks

· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow management

Candidate Requirements:

· Strong written communication skills in English

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Ability to work UK business hours from our Vadodara office

· High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
