Trainer/Assistant Trainer

We are looking for some talented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team. We are looking for Trainers who are willing to prove themselves and is creative at the same time. Below is the technical expertise that is desirable.

**Job Role**:

- Making course plans & programs.
- Preparing lessons to be delivered to the students for IELTS,GRE, SAT exams
- Preparing and setting, examination papers, and exercises
- Assess students’ abilities,develop and execute lesson plans to build and enhance students' knowledge in the academic areas.
- Use continuous improvement processes & tools to make interactive lessons.
- Evaluate students, classwork, and assignments and provide effective feedback.
- Faculties have to check papers after tests and have to prepare for question bank.
- Basic administration such as keeping student registers & attendance records.
- Conducting demos and taking follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and vocabulary.
- Proficiency in English
- Min 2 yrs exp as IELTS/Spoken English trainer
- Excellent command of spoken and written english
