**Position**: Spoken English Corporate Trainer
**Work Hours**: Morning 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging spoken English training sessions from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Develop customized training materials and resources to improve English speaking skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.
- Assess the language proficiency levels of employees and create personalized learning plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help employees improve their English communication skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees and adjust training methods as necessary.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an English language trainer, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Experience in assessing language proficiency and developing customized training plans.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in English, Education, or related fields are preferred.
