Cambridge English Academy is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Spoken English Cum IELTS Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS Trainer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation courses, incorporating all four components of the IELTS test: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Ensure that the curriculum aligns with the test objectives and focuses on enhancing students' language skills and test-taking strategies.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters cultural sensitivity, encourages diversity, and promotes respect among students from different backgrounds.
- Monitor students' progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records of their performance. Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to help students achieve their target scores.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in IELTS training or a relevant TESOL/TEFL qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching IELTS preparation courses is desirable but not required. Beginners with a strong interest in teaching IELTS are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with advanced knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam format, assessment criteria, and proficiency levels required for different bands.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Standardised Test Preparation Tutors: 1 year (preferred)
