The company established in 2003, is a leading imported commercial kitchen equipment supplier and contracting company in India.

The company is looking out for a professional to join it as Sr Service Engineer_Ahmedabad to provide service support of its offerings viz. Commercial Kitchen equipments / Cooking equipments, Dishwashers, refrigeration equipments, Bakery equipments, coffee machines etc.

Experience and Key Skills :

• From Hospitality industry will have added advantage.
• Technically Strong.
• 8-10 Years plus experience.
• Leadership qualities in managing team of technical staff comprising of Electrical Engineer, Diploma Holders,Technicians.
• Good Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Result Oriented.

Job Responsibilities :

To manage service operations which calls for:-

• Meeting Annual Business plan as laid out.
• Meet Resolution Time Standards of complaints on year to
• year basis.
• Meet customer satisfaction index.
• Build relationship with major clients.
• Perform role of trainer and motivate his team for high productivity standards.
• Lead from the front as and when required.

Basic Qualifications :

• B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Preferably from Kitchen & Laundry equipment
• Service background otherwise from industrial product background.
• He should have his own conveyance.

• Best in the industry
• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate depending upon the personal performance in interview.
