We've already laid strong foundations: early validation and community building, a clear product-market fit roadmap, and a passionate team. Now, we're looking for a co-founder to help us scale—and bring capital, vision, and energy to the next phase of Triffair's journey.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a mission-driven Co-founder who brings both capital investment and strategic firepower. Someone who can wear multiple hats, challenge assumptions, and shape the future of rural travel in India and beyond.

You Might Be a Fit If You... Have entrepreneurial experience or a background in building/scaling startups Are comfortable investing capital and taking equity over salary in the early stage Are passionate about travel, sustainability, community-driven ecosystems, or rural development Have strong experience in business strategy, operations, fundraising, product, or growth Are excited about building from 0 to 1 and thrive in ambiguity Believe businesses are run by humans, not just spreadsheets

Your Role Could Include: Help shape the product with technical expertise, and be customer-obsessed Driving growth, partnerships, or operations depending on your strengths Co-creating and executing the 3–5 year vision and roadmap Shaping the culture and values of the founding team Bringing in or managing your own team as needed
