Industry & Sector: IT Services & Business Process Automation — enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) implementations for Shared Services, Finance, HR, and Customer Operations. We are hiring an on-site UiPath RPA Developer in India to join a delivery-focused team building and supporting production-grade automation at scale.

Role: UiPath RPA Developer (On-site, India)

We seek a hands-on developer to design, build, deploy and maintain UiPath automations across transactional and semi-structured processes. The role requires end-to-end ownership from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and live support in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable UiPath automations using Studio and REFramework to meet business requirements and SLAs.
  • Configure Orchestrator assets, queues, schedules and deployments; manage Robot provisioning and run-time monitoring.
  • Develop robust workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#; integrate automations with SQL databases and Excel-based systems.
  • Build exception handling, logging, retry logic and alerting to ensure reliable production bots and minimize manual interventions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA to perform code reviews, unit testing, and UAT; prepare deployment packages and runbooks.
  • Provide production support and continuous improvement—identify automation optimizations, performance tuning and operationalizing bots.

  • UiPath certification (Developer/Advanced Developer) or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
