Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • To be able to train junior resources
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in UiPath and RPA development.
  • Strong experience in process automation and bot design.
  • Good knowledge of business process analysis and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior resources, with a focus on skill development.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
