Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RPA Developer, based in Hyderabad. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing operational requirements, writing and testing automation workflows, collaborating with teams to improve processes, and documenting automation updates and changes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation, with practical experience in developing and deploying automated workflows.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify process optimization opportunities and evaluate automation feasibility.
  • Expertise in Software Development, including working knowledge of relevant programming languages and tools for building RPA solutions.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes clearly.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging automation technologies and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Experience with RPA tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
