Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gandhinagar, Balanagar Telangana, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing e-waste collection logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring account performance, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and achieve business goals.

**Qualifications

Senior Accountant with atleast 5 years experience.**

  • Client relationship management skills, including handling customer inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Experience with e-waste management and logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Telangana, India
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Relevant qualifications in business management, environmental science, or related fields
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
