Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive Support & Coordination

  2. Manage the MD's calendar, meeting schedules, appointments, and travel plans.

  3. Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities and provide timely reminders.
  4. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  5. Communication & Documentation

  6. Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official communication.

  7. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and MIS updates.
  8. Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidential handling of sensitive

information.

  1. Meeting & Review Management

  2. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics.

  3. Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action points till closure.
  4. Support in organizing Board Meetings, leadership reviews, and business discussions.

  5. Travel & Event Coordination

  6. Organize domestic and international travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.

  7. Assist in coordination for corporate events, conferences, and review meetings.

  8. Administrative & Operational Support

  9. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.

  10. Handle office-related tasks, coordination with HR/Admin/Finance teams.
  11. Provide end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the MD's office

  12. Confidential & Strategic Assignments

  13. Assist the MD in strategic projects, research, and data analysis as needed.

  14. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred).

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting

CXO/MD/Director level.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professional etiquette.

  • Must be well-presented with a pleasant personality.

  • Female candidates only.
