Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Managing Director at SumukhA Automation Pvt. Ltd., located in Bengaluru. The Personal Secretary will provide executive administrative assistance, handle clerical and administrative tasks, and offer personal assistance to the management. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities for senior executives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and perform under deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with office tools and software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
