About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and drive our recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building robust talent pipelines, stakeholder management, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role requires someone with proven expertise in scaling teams, handling niche and leadership hiring, and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across levels (junior to leadership) with a strong focus on technical, nontechnical, and niche roles.
  • Strategic Hiring: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes within defined timelines.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Leverage job portals, social media, networking, referrals, Boolean/X-Ray search, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent.
  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice, enhancing visibility in the market.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior recruiters in their day-to-day activities, ensuring best practices in sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Process Excellence: Implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and tools to track, analyze, and improve hiring efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to both technical and nontechnical hiring.
  • Strong expertise in leadership, niche, and volume hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
