Role & responsibilities

Non-IT Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, particularly in Sales.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations:

  • Support HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and updating employee data in the HRMS.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other operational HR tasks.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

6 Days Working (Work from office)

Saturday half day 9:30 to 2:00
