We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven 
Territory Manager

for our hair care brand to drive product visibility, enhance brand presence, and boost sales across salon partners. The role involves executing in-salon activations, building strong relationships with salon owners/stylists, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salon Activation
  • Execute in-salon activation plans including product demonstrations, sampling, events, and training sessions.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and branding visibility at salon outlets.
  • Conduct stylist and staff training on product usage, benefits, and selling techniques.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and product trials.
  • Sales
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through salon partnerships.
  • Build strong business relationships with salon owners, stylists, and decision-makers.
  • Drive product sales by upselling and cross-selling across salon channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and activation results.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in 
    sales, business development, or brand activation

(beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple salons/locations and travel as required.
- Passion for the beauty & personal care industry.
