Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Blue Prism to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Blue Prism.
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate Blue Prism bots with other applications and systems.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of automation solutions.
Maintain and support existing automations to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare technical documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (certification preferred).
Good understanding of RPA lifecycle and process design principles.
Experience with SQL, .NET, or Java is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site (WFO) environment.
