Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Blue Prism to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Blue Prism.

  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

  • Integrate Blue Prism bots with other applications and systems.

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of automation solutions.

  • Maintain and support existing automations to ensure optimal performance.

  • Prepare technical documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (certification preferred).

  • Good understanding of RPA lifecycle and process design principles.

  • Experience with SQL, .NET, or Java is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
