Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior RPA Developer
to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation solutions using
Blue Prism
,
Power Automate
, and
Python
. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable automation workflows across multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
  • Automate processes across SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
  • Create and integrate Python scripts for advanced automation tasks.
  • Design and implement OCR-based solutions for multi-language document processing.
  • Optimize automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.
  • Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including AS-IS workflow, SDD, and workload volumes.
  • Support Control Room operations and monitor bot performance.
  • Contribute to POCs involving AI/LLM tools for OCR and unstructured data processing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with mandatory Blue Prism experience.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate and Python scripting.
  • Proficiency in automating SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook processes.
  • Experience with OCR tools and multi-language automation (Japanese is preferred).
  • Expertise in handling large datasets and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Knowledge of error handling, retry mechanisms, and alerting frameworks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Blue Prism Developer Certification.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
