Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior RPA Developer to join our Automation and Orchestration team. In this role, you will be responsible for solution designing, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation bots. You will play a key part in driving end-to-end RPA solutions that streamline business processes, especially in the Finance and Accounting domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and convert them into RPA solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots using UiPath.
  • Monitor bot performance and ensure reliable, error-free execution.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with external tools such as Splunk for reporting and dashboards.
  • Apply DevOps methodologies and work within Agile frameworks using tools like JIRA.
  • Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy and manage automation workloads.
  • Support continuous process improvement and bring in intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders in Finance and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering and solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools, especially UiPath.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and its full capabilities.
  • Experience in solution design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots.
  • Familiarity with Python, Microservices architecture, and SQL.
  • Experience working in the Finance and Accounting domain.
  • Understanding of intelligent automation and AI capabilities within RPA platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially in engineering and finance.
  • Familiarity with Splunk integration, Azure cloud, and DevOps practices.
  • Good problem-solving and business analysis skills.
  • Azure certification is required.
