About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that drive significant operational efficiency and business value. You will leverage your deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation to architect scalable frameworks, lead strategic initiatives, and contribute directly to our clients' innovation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Design & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement robust end-to-end RPA solutions using leading platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate.

- Develop advanced self-healing automation systems by leveraging scripting languages like Python in conjunction with RPA tools to create resilient and intelligent processes.

- Architect scalable and maintainable automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.

- Ensure all automation implementations adhere to stringent security, governance, and compliance standards.

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and operations, to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding teams on automation best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.

- Actively lead projects, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives with a focus on delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to customers.

Client Engagement & Solutioning :

- Own parts of the proposal document and provide critical inputs into solution design based on your areas of expertise.

- Conduct and lead POC (Proof of Concept) and Proof of Technology workshops to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.

- Prepare accurate effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and the organization's financial guidelines.

- Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate and increase their business profitability.

Technical Requirements :

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with multiple RPA platforms : Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and/or Microsoft Power Automate.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation, using either RPA tools natively or Python.

- Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying self-healing automation solutions.

- A solid understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and the principles of infrastructure automation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives from conception to deployment.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client interfacing.

Additional Desired Skills :

- Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest viable technology solutions.

- Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and an awareness of the latest technology trends.

- Understanding of financial processes for projects and various pricing models.

- One or two industry domain knowledge relevant to our client base.
