Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement
    RPA solutions
    using
    UiPath
    following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using
    VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
    for Excel and other MS Office processes.
  • Integrate RPA bots with external systems through
    API calls and web services
    .
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing RPA workflows for improved performance and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed
    technical documentation
    , including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
  • Ensure data security, scalability, and compliance in all RPA implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience
    in RPA development using
    UiPath
    .
  • Proficiency in
    VBA scripting
    ,
    Excel automation
    , and
    API integrations (REST/SOAP)
    .
  • Experience in orchestrator management, bot deployment, and scheduling.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Immediate availability
    or short notice period (preferred).

Good to Have

  • UiPath Developer Certification (Advanced or Associate).
  • Experience with
    other RPA tools
    (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Familiarity with
    SQL
    ,
    Python
    , or
    Power Automate
    .
  • Exposure to
    Agile methodology
    and CI/CD pipelines.
