Role Overview

The Process Coordinator cum Supervisor will oversee day-to-day jewellery production processes, ensuring timely coordination between departments, maintaining quality standards, and supervising artisans/workers. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills to ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Coordination:

  • Plan and schedule production activities in alignment with design and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate between design, casting, setting, polishing, and finishing teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Maintain records of raw material usage (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and WIP (work-in-progress).
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and quality control departments for smooth operations.

  • Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes (designing, casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing).
  • Leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing, Production, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in jewellery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/coordinator role.
  • Hands-on experience with goldsmithing/jewellery workshop processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of hallmarking standards, diamond grading, and precious metal handling.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
