Job Title: Office Peon cum Attendant

Location: Chandigarh

Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Office Manager / Admin Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon cum Attendant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks such as delivering documents, serving refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the office premises.
  • Carrying files and documents within the office and to/from external locations if required.
  • Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
  • Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of office premises (pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Handling basic errands such as bank, post office, and courier tasks.
  • Supporting office staff with minor clerical work.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum education: 8th / 10th Pass.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hygiene.
  • Physically fit and punctual.
  • Honest, responsible, and courteous in behavior.

Working Hours:

8:30am- 6:00pm

Salary:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
