  • Maintain and update jewellery inventory records in software (ERP / Excel).
  • Support sales and production teams with daily operational requirements.
  • Prepare invoices, challans, and job sheets for jewellery dispatch and repair.
  • Coordinate with the hallmarking department and vendors for product movement.
  • Track and record inward/outward stock, returns, and transfers.
  • Handle customer order documentation, quotations, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely entries in system databases.
  • Manage filing of bills, receipts, and other important records.
  • Assist in audit and compliance processes related to stock and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Jewellery ERP / Tally software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of jewellery types, purity, and hallmarking preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / Equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in back office operations within the jewellery industry.
  • Freshers with relevant jewellery knowledge may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
