- Maintain and update jewellery inventory records in software (ERP / Excel).
- Support sales and production teams with daily operational requirements.
- Prepare invoices, challans, and job sheets for jewellery dispatch and repair.
- Coordinate with the hallmarking department and vendors for product movement.
- Track and record inward/outward stock, returns, and transfers.
- Handle customer order documentation, quotations, and delivery follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely entries in system databases.
- Manage filing of bills, receipts, and other important records.
- Assist in audit and compliance processes related to stock and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Jewellery ERP / Tally software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of jewellery types, purity, and hallmarking preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / Equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in back office operations within the jewellery industry.
- Freshers with relevant jewellery knowledge may also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
