The Jewellery Stock Repair Executive will be responsible for managing jewellery pieces that require repair, polishing, resizing, or re-setting. The role involves coordinating with goldsmiths/karigars, maintaining repair records, ensuring timely completion, and monitoring quality standards before stock is returned to inventory or delivered to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive jewellery items that require repair (customer returns or stock issues) and record details.
- Categorize and document types of repair (stone setting, soldering, polishing, resizing, rhodium plating, etc.).
- Coordinate with goldsmiths, artisans, and repair vendors for timely completion of jobs.
- Track jewellery movement in and out of repair with proper documentation.
- Conduct quality checks after repair to ensure finishing and standards are met.
- Update repair status in inventory management software and maintain MIS reports.
- Handle repair-related communication between store, workshop, and customer service teams.
- Ensure safe handling and security protocols for high-value jewellery items.
- Monitor repair costs and support in cost control where applicable.
- Assist in periodic audits of repair stock.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Diploma holder (Commerce, Jewellery Design, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in jewellery stock handling, repair coordination, or workshop operations.
- Good understanding of jewellery craftsmanship, materials (gold, diamond, gemstones), and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with jewellery ERP / stock management systems.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with artisans and internal teams.
