Role Description
This role supports the company's efforts to identify, develop, and maintain strategic collaborations to achieve business or program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners by understanding their needs and helping them integrate the company's offerings.
- Partnership Identification & Outreach:
Research and identify potential partners and assist in outreach efforts to initiate new partnerships. - Onboarding & Training:
Support the onboarding process for new partners - Content Development:
Help create and deliver content, such as guides, presentations, or newsletters, to support partner success and engagement. - Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree or completed a degree in a field relevant to finance and technology.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's /Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
