- The Sales Coordinator (Female Preferred) supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- This role helps maximize sales productivity, maintain accurate sales data, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and customer communication.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales targets, prepare reports, and provide analytical insights to the sales manager.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Support marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and contracts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualification : -
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
