  • The Sales Coordinator (Female Preferred) supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • This role helps maximize sales productivity, maintain accurate sales data, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and customer communication.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track sales targets, prepare reports, and provide analytical insights to the sales manager.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
  • Support marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and contracts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualification : -

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
