- Experience overseeing daily operations and promptly resolving issues.
- Expertise in maintaining financial records and assisting with reconciliations.
- Skill in monitoring invoices, following up on payments, and addressing discrepancies.
- Ability to facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
- Knowledge of efficient sales order processing and inventory management.
- Experience assisting with administrative tasks and managing sales documentation.
- Capability to prepare reports, coordinate forecasts, and track performance.
- A track record of providing exceptional customer service and building relationships.
- Competence in coordinating with customer service on resolutions and communications.
- Experience developing and implementing sales processes and tracking pipelines.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate sales meetings, events, and cross-functional projects.
- Skill in conducting cold calls to expand networks and generate opportunities.
- Proficiency in maintaining a database of leads from sales activities for follow-up.
- If you do not understand Sales Operations as a whole.
- If you have never done cold calling and customer retention.
- Do not have experience in maintaining financial records
**Skills Required**:
- Proven work experience with post-sales operations team, demonstrating familiarity with post-sales
processes and procedures
- Working knowledge of accounting and finance
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and address any issues or escalations that may arise during post-sales interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
- BBA/B.Com/MBA or graduate in the related field.
**What will you do?**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generating leads
- Contacting existing customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements
- Promoting PCD and Third Party Products and explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Building rapport with customers and handling objections, if any
- Closing sales deals over the phone and meeting sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinating with other teams such as warehouse, marketing and sales to ensure smooth operations
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounts ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and assisting with financial reconciliations
**Work Experience: 2 - 4 years**
**Working days: Monday - Saturday**
