Job Summary:

Gravton Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and driving sales of Gravton Quanta and other electric two-wheelers (EVs). This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels (showroom, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads).

  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Gravton EVs.

  • Explain pricing, financing options, and government subsidies applicable to EVs.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience.

  • Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records using CRM tools.

  • Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor products, and market demand. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a customer-friendly manner.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.

  • Passion for electric mobility and sustainability is a plus.
