**Job Title: Voice Process - International Sales (Freshers & Experienced)**

**Salary**:

- **Freshers (0-6 Months)**: ₹3.6 LPA + ₹23K
- **6 Months - 1 Year Experience**: ₹4.8 LPA + ₹31K
- **1 Year - 18 Months Experience**: ₹5.6 LPA + ₹35K

**Additional Benefits**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international sales.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and meet sales targets.
- Adhere to quality guidelines (Versant Level 7).
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Manage call flow effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Freshers (0-6 Months)**: Will be trained and supported.
- **Experience (6 months - 1 year)**: Previous international sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
