Sales Executive – Simple Energy

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electric vehicle models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranty details, and finance options clearly.
- Negotiate prices and close sales in line with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to support customers through the purchase process.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and current market trends.
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are always maintained in a clean and presentable condition.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor.
- Good understanding of automobiles and financing options.
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
