Transforming Tomorrow Foundation (TTF) is hiring a
Fundraising & Program Manager
to strengthen donor engagement and expand our rural healthcare programs (
Adopt a Family
and
Adopt a Village
). This is a full-time role based in
Bangalore
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies with corporates, foundations, and individual donors
  • Lead donor programs (
    Adopt a Family
    /
    Adopt a Village
    ) to maximize engagement and impact
  • Build and manage donor relationships, pipelines, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure contributions translate into healthcare delivery
  • Represent TTF at CSR forums, events, and conferences

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years' experience in fundraising, CSR management, or donor relations
  • Strong knowledge of CSR landscape and donor engagement practices
  • Excellent communication skills (English; Kannada/Hindi preferred)
  • Willingness to travel to rural project sites
