Field Sales Executive

We are urgently looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Executive with a strong background in Grocery/FMCG sales, particularly in the grocery/food sector. Preference would be given with experience of sales of products which are consumed by Hotel, Restaurant, Caters. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and managing distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and developing business in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and targets in the assigned area.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective branding, visibility, and product availability in the market.
- Regular market visits to identify new opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead and guide a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Grocery sales (especially grocery and food products).
- Strong network and understanding of the retail/distribution market in the area.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ready to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Preference would be given to people with strong relations with HoReCa. (Hotels, Restaurants and caters)
